I honestly think that most times the problem lies with the fact that a lot of people can't determine what they want.
Another thing might just be laziness on the part of a lot of people.

Yes and I think that this inability to identify, is part of the laziness. The other day I was talking to a colleague who is having a book published and I congratulated her a lot, because so many talk about writing a book, very few actually write one.
