Are you serious? They snatch things or they hold people at gun people? Are there no police?
They do both.
Police are no where to be found.
Just last week saturday, my younger sister was attacked at gun point on her way out as early as 6:00am. they were asking for her phone

She was not hurt and she did not loose anything as well. This as a result of knowledge. She knew something and it came through for her
