Everyone wants to move, but not everyone can. People who have achieved some financial freedom, they can move but others it's quite challenging.
Yes you are right , the states are also coming with land rules. (Bhu kanun) So in the coming years it will hard to do that. If someone have money they can make anything any where. 😅
