of NextEra Energy, which is an energy powerhouse, utility powerhouse right here in Florida, as you know. And they pay a very solid dividend yield. Plus, it is tax deferred because it is a partnership. So it is a return of capital. So you don't pay any taxes on the dividend in the year it's received. It reduces your cost and eventually down the road when you sell it, you'll pay tax on a larger capital gain. But all those years that you're collecting the dividend, there's pretty much no taxes on a regular year. So I love that, especially as we're seeing not just more legislation geared towards that, but a lot of it does make economic sense, especially if oil prices continue to go higher. There's just going to be more solar and wind projects happening. And you have a company like NextEra Energy. This is not a bunch of granola eating, kumbaya singing, hippies setting up a windmill in a field. I mean, these are very serious conservative business people.
