I feel so rested this week, hehe, that for me, start today. We had a long Easter holiday, plus yesterday was Independence Declaration Day, so was also a holiday.
But today, I feel full of energy, and guess what, I'm drinking plenty of water !! π

But it also was about encouraging the other members and at the end there were 21 people left still in the challenge and this all brought great energy to the whole team being more active on the chain and in life :-)
Hi @shortsegments the dreemport challenge just ended, it was set up by @dreemsteem it went over 7 weeks, mainly for each one to work on a personal goal, more physical activity, drinking enough water. You can find a lot of posts about looking a #dreemportchallenge
