We need to encourage adoption. I'm assuming you need RCs to interact on the chain. The easiest way is to buy some hive and stake it. I would say $1-5 dollars would get you going. I'll vote and send you some hive to help out

Hive Power is how you get the ability to engage. If you are power down, you are simply taking the ability to engage out of the system.
