Onboarding is the first part, then you have to retain them in the ecosystem and that requires empathy & a good user experience. Hive still has barriers to entry as account creation and its learning curve. It's good to discuss these things.

And truly, Hive still has those barriers, and being with the onboarders to assure them go a long way.

This is a different thing entirety, we look out for getting people on Web3.0 but we haven't talked about how active and genuinely engaging they could be. Realistically, this would depend on the users that are on boarded.
