Bread (not to be mistaken with breads) is making a lot of sense. One of the ways to activate your community is to give them roles and keep them involved in the project. Once people are involved they have no choice but to be active.

Exactly, Inleo is a very good example of this. Inleo has gotten a lot more active since they got us involved.
everyone is making sense with their points, I also agree with breads, to activate a community, there is need to assign roles, because when people know they are valued enough to be given a role, they automatically get involved and active.
