Because it's easy free money.
Every network needs their own stable coin.
I've said as much on multiple occasions.
Tron will spike up when it starts getting burned for usdd
So everyone who has quietly stayed staked on steem and has been earning steem power, which means they have been earning tron, is going to get a pay day.
I want to say "lucky" but I had the opportunity to do that as well and didn't.
