Well, i believe this is possible. To bring it into being, we need to use a Decentralised Cause Funding platform which uses Matrix-8 type Community Governance. To get it off the ground, to begin i think we need 50 people to commit to c. 3-4 hours per week.

The words describe a "future" scenario, a vision.
There is a detailed plan in place, in "my" mind & partly written down. It includes some methods to fund it.
What's needed to start with is a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens to get the ball rolling
