Firstly I will explain how this bot works then I will tell its benefits and in which market situations it will work. Out of 30 trades it takes 15 long-side trades and 15 short-side trades. Skipping the top 5 it longs the next 15 gainers and skipping the top 5 it shorts the next 15 losers.
After taking trades it becomes like an index just like we see an index of many shares in the stock market. In the same way here an index of 30 coins is formed.
Now whether the market goes up, goes down or stays sideways, in all cases we will get profit. If the market goes up the long positions taken in favor of the trend will give profit but the short trades will give loss.
In the same way if the market goes down then the short trades will give profit while the long trades will give loss. And if the market stays sideways both long and short trades will give profit.
When you watch the overall index and whenever you are in the overall profit zone you can close manually or set TP and SL through the bot. This helps so that you do not miss the chance.
In the index it keeps showing profit and loss based on the movement of 30 coins. You can trade index wise or you can also handle coins individually.
But it is better that you keep watching the index. For example if the market goes up then the long side will give profit and the short side will give loss. So where does the profit come from? In short positions there are coins that are already exhausted and they have the potential that one coin will surely recover.
That same coin becomes your game changer which brings a positive impact on the index. Or you can say that the 30 coins taken in trade keep cutting each other but some coins perform well and bring the overall index into profit.
