Yes, you are right to some extent. Personally, I don’t have any problem with whatsapp. Even I don’t have any data that needs privacy.

No! In my opinion, that's a totally wrong attitude. Your data needs privacy. Not because it might contain sensitive information, but because there is simply no reason your data should be public.
