Do Not Diversify So Much

A recommendation that is becoming very common in the world of finance is to diversify your portfolio. But sometimes, I feel that this diversification is taken to extremes.

One of the main mistakes that I feel is constantly being made is to invest in many projects without keeping constant track of the news and updates of each one of them. And although it may seem obvious, which will decrease or stagnate our earnings, there are people who still continue to do this and leave these price increases to "luck".

Of course, everyone is free to invest in what they want, after all, it is their money. But for those who accept recommendations, this post may help a bit in future investments, and may even change the perspective immediately.

"keep it simple"

Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) are the main cryptocurrencies that dominate and will dominate the market, you have nowhere to go, if you want to be of the group that does not want to believe in these two pillars, better get out of crypto.

Many people tend to disparage both cryptocurrencies because they feel they are too mainstream, or simply hate to follow the rest. The truth is that both are the pillars that rule the market and I think it would be impossible for any other cryptocurrency to surpass them.

2 OR 3 ADDITIONAL PROJECTS MAX

In my case, only one is enough for me, of course that place is occupied by HIVE. A project to which I can dedicate exclusive attention and be informed of all the updates that surround it.

The problem with decentralized projects is that in order to be informed you have to be aware of different media where they publish and talk about the subject. By having investments in several different projects, there will be occasions where we may miss vital information that can affect our profits.

I know there is a saying that "we must have several eggs in different baskets" but the truth is that the cryptocurrency market is so uniform with respect to price rises and falls, that I consider it unnecessary to follow that premise.
