That is true, but I have noticed some pretty standard content (in my opinion) getting a lot of payouts because of a big fan base. The content is the most important, but the fan base is also important 😁
If you'll browse the Trendings every day, you'll run into people with reputation around 60 there. They can hardly have any fan base - you have that reputation yourself. They just managed to get there for their post quality.
I'm also unsure why they did it. I read that they said it's natural for them to filter links that is technically their competitor — in my case, the links that I used is not a community like them.
Besides, you cannot get like $50 payout for your post there.
haha yeah, on hive even a 2 cents can be paid out.
Well, that's what you get for a comment, my posts are usually worth tens of dollars.
good for you, i mostly get 1-2 dollars. don't know why, i feel that i post quality content but i am lucky to get more than 5 usd.
Well, do people actually read your posts and care about them? If so, you'll be at $20-50 soon.
some are commenting, but they are also small fishes on chain most likely with less than $0.05 vote value.
Then support their growth so that they can support yours ;)
To be fair, it requires some good following to get that kind of payouts here too 😃
Not really, it requires some good content ;)

It sounds like I need to do some really deep diving into topics and see if I can get there too 😬
My writing skills are somewhat limited, as you may see on some of my posts 😂
Well, write the things you'd enjoy reading yourself. That's the best approach.
I didnt know they did that. What is their reasoning?
Which links were you using?
I used links from my website, semrush, visme, and Google.
These links are mostly blogs also, I attached them for SEO as external links.
And they blocked it. I wonder why they did it.
Hive doesnt have that issue.

I left haha.
I'll focus on Hive and my website instead.
Yeah. No point in struggling with their nonsense.
#web3 is the future. We just have to make sure we do what we can to build it.
