I haven't published anything yet this week. So busy with this demanding client but giving me a low rate. I will totally decline the renewal of the contract if she wants to renew it.

She also asked me to optimize the content for SEO but every time I made the changes, she wants to bring it back to the old one. I am just giving myself a long patience and try to be kind to her so I will not get bad reviews (hopefully).

Haha, she couldn't make up her mind huh!

Yes, I badly want to end the contract haha. This is one of the downside of freelancing, when your client is hard-headed yet wants to see the good outcome.

That must be tough but on the other hand, you can enhance your patience and problem-solving skills

that's what I am doing. I am also learning deeper about SEO.

That's good. You can also write about what you learn so we can pick up nuggets from you 😅

haha sure! I am thinking about this, but I have some blogs about SEO on my website.

You need to set better boundaries with the client.

Clearly state they only get 1 review. Tick off her requests 1 by 1 and then that's it.

Don't let the client do this, especially if you're already charging an extremely low rate!!

I took the project just to add more experience and proof to my portfolio. I think I regret it now lol.

All good experience.

This will be a good lesson on how to set boundaries for clients.

They will ALL take advantage of you if you let them.

Don't.

Agree with you, I will not do it next time and learn from my experience.
