Under the post likes, hover that with the mouse and then a pop up should allow you to expand the details.
oh...so it's unavailable to mobile.

Ah.. yeah.. .because mobile does not have over mouse pointer. I did manage to get it displayed on my tablet thought... But only because I can invoque the a mouse cursor via a separate device.
Unsure if there is another way to do this...
I think it only displays when you have more than 2 or 3 upvotes.
