Tokenomics...What that really means is...People wanna see green candles lol And that happens, I believe when it's marketed and promoted properly. So I say marketing, especially in crypto.
IMO a great team. Having a great team means being able to accomplish all of the others, change direction when needed and adapt to whatever life throws at you
Tokenomics and marketing come much later. Surprised to see that no one voted for use-cases, in my opinion, a coherent team and use-cases always play a pivotal role.
I will go for use cases. It's important to create a project people will be willing to use i.e splinterland. Marketing & team comes next. it takes the right team to come up with the right marketing strategy
Least on my least would be tokenomics. It only matters in the crypto space and that's a huge problem hindering the growth of most projects. The tokenomics takes precedence over the project itself and its uses case (and adoption)
Maybe we are biased, but tokenomics and a great community 😉

Cannot pick one. If one component is missing out of four you cannot sustain for a long term.
Start with the correct team but the rest of the options and funding are important too
Something that doesn't get talked about enough is that an app can work great without a token.
But if you integrate a token into the app, then it has to have good tokenomics.
You can no longer wipe your hands & say 'oh it has use case'.
