You can always Login with the Twitter/Google account you used.
I'd reccomend that once you are used to crypto wallets and how the Hive wallet works, you claim your keys in the settings section.
Once you claim your keys you won't be able to log in with Tw/Gg (yet), so keep the keys safe!
Thank you, yes I found it and have my pw and keys. It would be nice if instructions were given at sign up though.
