That is true. But when the HIVE/LEO order book exist, the price will be tied to Hive as that will be the lowest price compared to a USDC price (or so I assume).
If/when all LEO is on Arbitrum, or staked on Hive, with no sell orders... 🚀🚀
Or people could just stop selling overall ;)
