I really am bad with timing, but almost 100% accurate about what will happen.
In other real estate posts i have done, i say to just forget about the value of your house.
Is it a good place to live?
Is it a good place to live when the riots come?
Can you grow your food there?
I would answer yes yes and no. So probably should look into the growing dood part 😅
