I don't think holding people back is the right thing to do, community should be a totally organic thing I think there should be a balance and motivation for users to sign up part of web 2 but more interested in web 3.
Communities make something and web 3 is no different. We are lucky Hive has a great community and that is why we are here.
The community retains us and we grow the community and it is a win win circle!
