I went to the south of Sardinia with my family for several years: iced Icnusa !BEER with carasau bread gave a great pleasure! ๐

No, I haven't been so far south in Italy yet, but it sounds delicious, at least the bread ๐
But of course you are right. When I was young we drank the milk directly after milking the cow - best milk ever ๐
