I practice selfcare whenever i am stressed. It's what's working for me. I remind myself that i am very important and must take care of me first mentally, physically and psychologically.

Many people tend to forget about how much they need to take care of their body, and this usually drains them down. That’s why everyone needs some time off work to relax and cool off at certain period. This rests the brain properly and ready to move forward with what ever comes next.
