Three weeks into quitting smoking, using nicotine pouches. Cough is gone but I am perhaps a bit meaner and less patient with nonsense.

3 weeks! Bro I'm proud of you! Keep going because it will get easier eventually!

Congratulations, Edwin - this is a huge step! Irritability is definitely to be expected. Fun fact: so is some weight gain.

It'll be worth it for your lung health over the long term. Don't give in to the those crappy cravings. You're stronger than your cravings.

For the past week or so if I notice desire for a cigarette it generally passes in a matter of minutes. I've quit once before with vaping, but that has it's own risks too unfortunately.

Nicotine is a nasty bitch, but oh so lovely. Keep it up!

The irritability last about 2-4 weeks if memory serves.

Thank you! I'm glad to no longer have a morning cough or wake up coughing.

Good luck! It is really great all around to be off of the stuff.

Congratulations for being able to quit, you will get better with time.

I remember watching Andrew Tate doing a 7 days off smoking challenge with his brother Tristin. Don't know if he actually did it cause video can be faked but he became quick tempered and had zero tolerance for BS.
