I finally figured out how to publish a subscriber-only post, but I'm now wondering when the little purple crown appears on one's profile. Is it after the first subscriber-only post is published? Can publishers add a subscription button to their posts? If so, how?

Is there a way to add a Subscribe button? If I wanted to create an introductory post, for instance and invite subscribers, can I do that?
