$12 for a comment it not happening always and they are very rare but it makes sense since only a good comment related a specific post should have that reward.

Not all comments are good comments, some do not have enough content or demonstrate a reasoned opinion and these types of comments do not deserve to be "paid" by the community.

The most important thing in a community is the value it generates in knowledge.
