Preparing the Dough

If the dough appears too dense, feel free to incorporate more liquid until achieving the perfect texture.
Frying the Puff Puff
No yeast means no waiting for the dough to rise, which speeds up the cooking process. Before frying, it’s vital to heat the oil to the right temperature. A simple test involves dropping a small piece of the dough into the oil; if it floats to the surface, the oil is ready for frying.
