The team comprises four swimmers, each bringing distinct strengths and stories. Finding the right team members was a significant challenge, as convincing others to undertake such a daunting task requires a combination of courage, commitment, and team chemistry.
Alvin Tam, a 42-year-old experienced swimming coach and strategist, played a crucial role in planning the swim.
