As one participant eloquently states, "The spirit of Pranakan is adaptability and celebrating others’ cultures," and this spirit should be carried forward in contemporary life.
Participants express hope for a future where culture is more inclusive, reflective of diverse identities, and a positive force for community cohesion. They highlight that one need not have had a "Pranakan upbringing" to identify with or embody its spirit; connection and intention matter more.
