Yanik’s commitment extends into the day-to-day operations of Singapore Ballet. He is deeply involved in coaching dancers, developing new choreography, and mentoring young talent like Timothy, a rising star now serving as a soloist. The sense of camaraderie and closeness among the dancers, who rehearse and socialize together, reflects his philosophy of a unified, "happy company."
