Recognizing the importance of menu innovation, they traveled through Singapore to study other stalls and incorporate new dishes to attract younger customers. They added items like ch Tate by me—designed to appeal to children—and revamped their menu over several months. Their efforts paid off as they built a loyal customer base and improved sales to the point where they could support paying themselves a salary again.
By late 2022, they decided to formalize their business, renewing their brand and expanding their team to lighten their workload. Hiring staff allowed them to focus on operational aspects, ensuring consistent food quality and excellent customer service.
