Part 14/14:
Conclusion: Toward a Youth-Driven Asian Century
Asia’s demographic dividend offers enormous potential. However, turning this potential into sustained economic growth requires concerted policy efforts to address skills mismatches, formal job creation, and social protections. Encouraging youth entrepreneurship, expanding vocational training, and fostering innovation will be vital.
If these nations manage to channel their young populations into productive and well-paid employment, they can harness the energy, creativity, and resilience of their youth. The Asian Century may well be within reach—but only if the right investments and reforms are backed by a commitment to inclusive growth and opportunity for all young people across the continent.
