Of the five wounded individuals, three required surgical intervention. Despite the severity of their injuries, all five are reported to be stable and are on the path to full recovery. Ongoing Investigations and Unanswered Questions
As of Wednesday evening, the U.S. Army has stated that they do not yet have details about the motivation behind the shooting. Investigators are likely working to understand what prompted Radford to open fire, but no additional information has been released publicly at this time.
