The Illusion of Achieving Enlightenment

Emerging from the darkness, many believe they have become enlightened, adopting a new spiritual persona eager to judge others as asleep or unawakened. They might speak about non-duality and consciousness with eloquence, yet remain blind to their own egoic illusions. This stage often becomes a trap—an improved mask of ego rather than liberation itself.

The real awakening, as many realize, dissolves the seeker into the awareness that was always present—free from the labels of enlightenment or spiritual hierarchy. It’s not about attaining something new but recognizing that nothing needed to be attained in the first place. The ego’s need for validation and identity collapses, revealing the reality that all identities are transient stories.
