During Singapore's circuit breaker period, WRS launched "Hello from the Wild Side," a virtual initiative offering exclusive behind-the-scenes looks at animals. Visitors could ask questions directly to keepers, witness natural behaviors of animals, and enjoy educational presentations from their homes.
Dr. Chang, a representative from WRS, reported overwhelmingly positive feedback from the public, leading the organization to continue these virtual programs even as restrictions eased into Phase Two. These efforts have created new avenues for audience engagement and education.
