Part 3/12:
A primary focus is the vaccination rollout, which faces numerous obstacles. The goal of vaccinating two million people daily is viewed as almost impossible due to limited vaccine stocks, logistical complications, and vaccine hesitancy. Many Indonesians are reluctant to vaccinate, often citing concerns about side effects, adverse reactions, or a lack of trust in the vaccine's safety.
Furthermore, Indonesia's archipelagic geography presents logistical hurdles. Distributing vaccines across densely populated urban centers like Jakarta, as well as remote islands, strains available resources. The pandemic response requires not only vaccine supply but also an adequate number of trained health workers (vaxxers), cold chain infrastructure, and efficient distribution systems.
