The lawsuit, filed by former cameraman Emilio Garcia, claims he was subjected to a hostile work environment stemming from an incident in Spain during Megan’s tour in 2022. According to Garcia, he was forced to witness Megan engaging in sexual acts with a woman inside a moving vehicle while he was working nearby. The complaint alleges that Megan explicitly told him not to discuss what he saw, and afterward, allegedly ridiculed him with fat-shaming comments.
