One notable heritage restaurant, Sweet Key Eating House at Amoy Street, which had been operational for 82 years, faced significant challenges due to the pandemic. The restaurant had to cease operations due to manpower shortages, difficulties in digitizing their business, and the inability to attract office crowds during the restrictions.
