The conversation about body standards in Hollywood shouldn't only point fingers at actors or filmmakers but should also address how these portrayals influence public perceptions. While some individuals may be inspired to pursue fitness, others may develop unrealistic standards, leading to dissatisfaction and harmful behaviors.
Most importantly, the motivation behind working out should be personal health and happiness, not merely imitation of fictional heroes. If striving for a superhero physique motivates someone to adopt healthier habits, it's positive. But expecting everyone to look like a Hollywood star is neither feasible nor necessary.
