Many millennials and their subsequent counterparts—Generation Z and Generation Alpha—have embraced therapy as a mainstream cultural staple. The accessibility of mental health conversations has significantly increased, with social media platforms flooded with discussions about anxiety, trauma, toxic relationships, and self-actualization.
