Earlier this year, the BBC conducted an interview with an anonymous individual known as "Wolf," who wore a wolf mask during the conversation. The interview quickly went viral, primarily because Wolf openly admitted to actively pursuing HIV-positive partners and intentionally contracting the virus himself. Wolf described himself as a "gifter," someone who is not only happy to transmit HIV but also chooses not to use preventative measures like PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) and instead allows the virus to progress into AIDS without medical intervention.
