Voicing these concerns, farmers like Ram Patel and youth like Bridge Mahan Patel have experienced firsthand the short-lived nature of temporary construction jobs. The challenge lies in creating sustainable local economies that benefit from renewable projects beyond initial construction, including skills development, small businesses, and social infrastructure.
