Purity: Distilled and purified waters had the lowest impurity levels, essentially free of contaminants.
Mineral Content: Bottled spring and mineral waters contained higher levels of minerals such as calcium, silica, and vanadium—elements naturally leaching from rocks. However, the amounts were very small; even the highest mineral content in natural spring waters might have negligible health effects—generally far below the daily recommended intake.
