Launched in 2018, the EEC encompasses three provinces along the eastern seaboard: Rayong, Chonburi, and Chachoengsao. Together, these regions form Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard, now known as the Eastern Economic Corridor. The goal? To attract foreign investment, foster innovation, and develop cutting-edge industries such as biotechnology, robotics, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals.
