Part 7/11:
In 2022, Capital Land Development formed a joint venture with Ascendas Reit to redevelop parts of Singapore Science Park into a comprehensive life sciences and innovation hub, with an investment of SGD 883 million. Set to be completed by 2025, the redevelopment will add 80,000 square meters of space dedicated to wet and dry lab activities, further bolstering Singapore's research capacity.
