According to reports, a former assistant of Vin Diesel has filed a lawsuit in which she alleges that the actor sexually assaulted her in 2010 during the filming of Fast Five. The lawsuit asserts that Diesel, during a hotel stay in Atlanta, forcibly initiated unwanted physical contact after bringing her into his suite at the St. Regis Hotel. The accuser claims she asked Diesel to stop, attempted to leave, but was instead violently assaulted.
