On Thursday night, the previews for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom registered a sluggish $4.5 million, marking one of the worst Thursday previews ever for the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). This number is significantly behind the original Aquaman, which launched to approximately $9 million five years ago. It also trails behind other recent DCEU films like Birds of Prey and Shazam! Fury of the Gods, which had similarly underwhelming previews.
