One teammate left just because he saw the opportunity to exit, and I hadn’t successfully fostered the cohesion and commitment I desired. Reassessing and Rebuilding: A Second Chance
Determined to learn from my mistakes, I reassembled the team and trained anew. This time, we approached our preparation differently, emphasizing team cohesion, mental toughness, and personal accountability. The result was spectacular: the following year, we returned to the starting line.
