The Enigma Deepens: Strange Observations

As the object neared perihelion—its closest approach to the Sun—its behavior grew even more bizarre. A series of images from the European Space Agency revealed a green glow, yet compositional analysis indicated it was essentially depleted in diatom molecules, which typically cause comet green fluorescence. This contradiction suggested the object was not a natural comet.
