In August 1977, the famous WOW! Signal—a mysterious, strong radio burst detected by the Ohio State Big Ear Telescope—sparked decades of speculation about extraterrestrial intelligence. Fascinatingly, some researchers calculated a possible alignment between the trajectory of Threeey Atlas and the location of the WOW! Signal, hinting at a tantalizing connection.

Further, amateur radio astronomers reported detecting structured signals from Threeey Atlas, including a brief 11-second transmission containing a repeating sequence of prime numbers (2, 3, 5, 7, 11, etc.), which is a classic hallmark of intelligent origin.
